When the softphone solution is integrated within your CRM it becomes a powerful tool when receiving and making calls using traditional and on-demand web applications. You can mass email your customers with promotional information and embed the softphone button to route calls to your sales team. Your customers can call back the sales team using our softphone technology and talk through their standard web browser. These calls can be routed using our VoIP managed service. When your customer returns a call their data is displayed in a pop-up window indicating to the sales agent who they are and which promotion they are calling about. The agent can then handle the call in a professional manner. For agents pro-actively calling customers the softphone can be integrated into the customer database producing a 'Call' button next to every telephone number. By simply clicking the button a call is made to a VoIP phone, landline or mobile number. Because there is no need to dial a number the agent saves time and can make more calls making the whole process simple and efficient. Contact Centre
It's rare to call a contact centre and not encounter IVR (Interactive Voice Response). When using our softphone technology an audio menu will be presented to the caller. In our case an on-screen keypad will be displayed in a standard web browser with touch-tone and audio prompts. The voice prompts 'press 1 for sales, press 2 for accounts' and so on. This type of solution is commonly used by banks, credit card companies, utility services and survey companies. For customers calling contact centres on a regular basis, such as a utility company, the agent receiving the call can identify the customer from the database ID produced in the pop-up window. Callback can also be made using a 'Call Us' button produced next to every telephone number in the database list. Presence can also be added to your contact solution. When a customer needs advice about a specific product it's important the call is transferred to the right agent. Currently 20% of callers hang up frustrated their call is not answered by an experienced agent. A presence solution enables the agent answering the call to identify if an experienced agent is available and can then transfer the call. Blue Chip
